Where is KM Creations located?


We are in Raleigh, North Carolina.




How long will it take to receive my order?


Most of our prodcuts are made-to-order due to custom sizing, materials sourcing, etc. We try to keep prodcuts in stock so they can be shipped to you as soon as possible! Please allow for manufacturing and shipping times, but know we are working hard to have your order in your hands as fast as possible!




Does KM Creations have a return and exchange policy?


All sales are final. However, if your product has any flaws we will work to remedy them. Please see the question below.




What if something is wrong with my order?


If you have a problem with an order, please contact us directly through either our email address, Instagram account, or our Contact page. We will work with you to resolve any issues.




Does KM Creations accept international orders?


We do! Please keep in mind that international shipping rates vary from region to region, and the customer will be responsible for paying any additional international fees.




What payment methods do we accept?


We only accept Paypal for now! Hoping to upgrade soon to allow for Credit/Debit payments.




What if a product I ordered breaks or needs repair?


We would be happy to handle any repairs that you are unable to complete yourself, i.e. tears in silicone or missing resin parts. Please note the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees and may need to pay a small repair fee to cover materials costs.




What about the droid attack on the Wookiees?


It is critical we send an attack group there immediately.




How do I submit my measurements for custom orders?


Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you via email address and request the measurements needed to complete your order!
