Silicone Headpiece Waitlist
List order is determined by date of order, regardless of what headpiece was ordered. For example, two orders of the same headpiece will be completed one after the other, while two orders of different headpieces can be worked on at the same time. Order status will be updated as progress is made. Contact us with any questions!
PENDING = Order received, awaiting completed contract
PROCESSED = Completed contract received, ready to begin
IN PROGRESS = Silicone is being added to the mold
FINISHING = Silicone removed from mold, starting finishing process
PREP FOR SHIPMENT = Item is being finished and cleaned & is awaiting shipping
COMPLETE = Item is complete and has been shipped
Once the order has arrived to you, your name will be removed from the Waitlist.

*on occasion some steps of the process may take longer than estimated. This depends on the status of the cast (A pull vs. B pull), the status of other ongoing projects, the weather conditions, personal obligations, etc. Please feel free to contact us for a detailed status report.
